Classes blend interactive warm-ups, music, asana (postures) and flexibility movements, pranayama (harmonizing breath), Relaxation.

All bodies and fitness levels warmly welcomed.

Bring something warm for relaxation and wear comfy clothes you can stretch in. Yoga mats are available.
