Getting to the stadium


Parking is available on surrounding streets including Port Road, Porowini Avenue, Commerce Street, Okara Drive (western end) and car parks shown on the Fan Trail map. We encourage you to park in town and take the Fan Trail to the stadium.

Electric Scooters

We are expecting large crowds on all match days. For the safety of all pedestrians, please park them at the locations marked on the Fan Trail map.


There are a limited number of mobility car parks available for mobility permit holders.  These spaces are only available by pre-booking a RWC2021 vehicle access permit pass (VAPP).  To reserve a mobility VAPP for your vehicle please email

Campervans and Motorhomes

Cobham Oval car park is closed to all types of camping in vehicles, including to people living permanently in vehicles. For the tournament, the Hātea East Carpark has increased the maximum night stay to two nights for self-contained vehicles.

Free Buses

Free buses will be available on each match day from Kamo / Tikipunga, Raumanga, Onerahi, Maunu and Otangarei to the stadium and back.

Te Matau ā Pohe bridge access

Te Matau ā Pohe bridge will be closed to marine traffic for one hour and 15 minutes at the following times to support local crowds and traffic management for each match day:

  • 7:15pm - 8:30pm, Sunday 9 October 2022
  • 9:30pm - 10:45pm, Saturday 15 October 2022
  • 9:15pm - 10:30pm, Saturday 22 October 2022
  • 9:00pm - 10:15pm, Saturday 29 October 2022
