About this activity

One of the Museum’s four buildings, once the Old Town Board Office, has a collection of mining, dairy company and town memorabilia. The Courthouse features wedding, sports, school, war and family photos, as well as displays. The jail has photos and clothes of police and fire service. We have added a wash-house which brings a lot of memories of how the washing was done when the copper had to be lit. Opening Hours: Tue/Thu 9.30am-11am, First Sat of month 9.30am-11am.
